Saw Palmetto can be used in women with estrogen dominance due to its action on the inhibition of an enzyme called 5 alpha-reductase, which in turn lessons the action of testosterone, inactivates estrogen receptors and prevents the destruction of progesterone. This dual action on estrogen and progesterone makes Saw Palmetto an excellent choice for estrogen dominance.
Saw Palmetto also reduces the effect of testosterone which can also be very beneficial. Testosterone stimulates the formation of sebum, a natural skin lubricant that can clog pores and cause acne. By reducing the action of testosterone, Saw Palmetto decreases sebum production and reduces acne.
Chasteberry is also often used for hormonal problems in women. The herb has been shown to balance estrogen and testosterone levels through its action on prolactin.

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Pumpkin seed, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.
1 capsule 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take with food. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
